Orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment and will take 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Return damaged or defective merchandise to the mailing address, attn: returns: within 15 days of receiving the product with an explanation of the problem for a replacement.
A one-time exchange can be made within 15 days of receipt of product. Return to mailing address in a resellable condition for a one-time exchange. Include the title to be exchanged for and $7.50 to ship the new one.
Returns must be made within 15 days for a refund less shipping costs. Customer is responsible for shipping the returned item back to us in all cases except for products that ship damaged.
